Robert Jafari is an entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in senior housing, healthcare, construction, and real estate development. He began his career as a teenager, founding his first senior healthcare company while still in high school and becoming CEO at age 17.

He has since developed and operated multiple nursing and rehabilitation facilities across the Chicago area and oversees organizations employing hundreds of professionals. In 2007, Robert founded BHC Construction Company, a design-build firm specializing in healthcare and commercial projects, known for efficient, cost-effective delivery.
